If your solid wood furniture experiences any termite or borer-related issue, our team will act promptly to resolve it. We offer either professional repair services at standard rates or, where repairs aren’t feasible, an appropriate alternative solution. This reflects our dedication to preserving the integrity and value of every Pure Accents piece in your home.

What’s Not Covered

Products Not Made from Solid Wood

This warranty exclusively covers products crafted from solid wood. Items made from MDF, plywood, particle board, engineered wood, or any wood alternatives are not included.

Natural Wood Characteristics

• Wood Knot Cracks: Natural cracks or imperfections from knots are part of wood’s unique charm and are not considered defects.

• Wood Splits or Joint Issues: Splits or separation due to environmental conditions like humidity or dryness are not covered.

• Grain or Pattern Variations: Every piece of wood is unique. Variations in grain or appearance compared to online images are not grounds for a claim.

• Stain / Polish / Finish Differences: Minor differences in color or finish, due to lighting or material variations, are excluded.

Wear and Tear / User-Caused Damage

• Accidental damage, stains, impacts, or falls during regular use

• Tears or discoloration in fabric or upholstery due to usage

• Any damage resulting from improper handling or maintenance

Size Tolerances

Due to natural material properties and sourcing, variations in dimensions up to 2 inches are possible and not considered defects.
